When you arrive at the Balmoral Clinic you will be greeted by one of our friendly, highly trained Nursing staff who will show you to your room and who will help you with any queries you may have.

Rooms

Our comfortable and modern bedrooms are equipped with the following:

  • En-suite bathroom
  • Satellite TV with radio
  • Nurse Call System
  • Air Conditioning

Catering

Our dedicated Catering Staff will present you with a Lunch or Evening Meal menu (depending on your length of stay) when you are admitted to your room. A snack and hot beverage facility will also be made available.

Should you have any special dietary requirements please advise us before your arrival at the Clinic.

Medical care

Your Consultant will be responsible for your medical care and will advise the Nursing Staff of any medical requirements you may have.

Visitors

Visiting is unrestricted and encouraged by the Clinic, however, we would request visitors to be respectful of other patients and to vacate the premises by 10pm.

As Security is of the utmost importance to the Clinic we would ask that any visitors report to the main reception, or the Nurse's Station on the 1 st Floor, upon arrival.

Smoking

The Balmoral Clinic operates a No Smoking policy throughout the grounds.

Going Home

You will be advised by your Consultant when you are ready to go home. If you have had a General Anaesthetic we would recommend that a relative or friend collects you from the Clinic.
